Products must be shipped back in their original packaging and in excellent condition. We do not pay for the return freight on returned goods. Q: What if my Package Doesn't Arrive on Time?

When we ship outside of Canada, your package must go through Customs in your country. Sometimes they have a small backlog, but we know that they try and keep the mail moving smoothly.

 

Q: What if I need something immediately?  

Contact us if you are in a rush and we will do whatever we can to expeditate the parcel to you.  In this case, you would be responsible for additional shipping charges.
