Free Shipping

We offer FREE Shipping to most destinations within Canada and Continental United States.  If any items shipped to Canada originated in the United States there will be a $15.45 Brokerage fee charged per order.  This is a pre-aranged discount with our Broker to keep the costs down.  Many other e-commerce sites will not inform you about these charges and you may be billed sometime prior to or after the shipment arriving .   See Duties, Taxes & Brokerage fees below for a list of products that originate in the U.S.

 Alaska and Hawaii are considered International customers.  Remote areas and some of our larger items may be subject to additional charges.  Rushed orders will be subject to charges over and above the regular (free) cost of shipping. You will be notified via e-mail of any additional charges, shortly after placing your order .  Upon your approval we will commence with your order.  Money will be fully refunded if you do not approve.

Remote Destinations (Canada) 

If you are shipping to an address that is not a major city or to one of the following postal codes, the address is considered remote. A customer service representative will contact you with the cost of shipping. Payment for your merchandise and shipping will be processed upon your approval of the shipping fee.

Shipping Origins

Some of our products are warehoused in Canada and others in the United States.  Products may be shipped in two or more boxes. It is not uncommon for boxes to arrive on different days within the allotted time frame. You will receive a shipment confirmation containing a unique tracking number for each box.  Drop us an e-mail if you have any questions pertaining to the origin of any specific product or products.  (see list below under next heading for items originating in the U.S. - all others are shipped from Canada)

Duties, Taxes & Brokerage fees

Our customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.  Your package must go through Customs in your country.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country; sometimes they have a small backlog, but we know that they try and keep the mail moving smoothly.  Contact your local customs office for further information.
