High 5 facilitators place guests into teams to play the casino tables. Two teams face off at a time at each casino game so the camaraderie builds and twists are added into the games to encourage guests to get engaged and to get to know their team mates and opposition a little better. Another option is to shuffle teams up throughout the event so guests have an opportunity to engage with a variety of individuals!
